Hosting a Paul Tripp Ministries Speaking Event

Hosting a conference with Paul Tripp as speaker is a rewarding experience! As you think about hosting a conference, here are a few of the most pertinent details for you to consider. If you do decide to be a host, a more detailed list will be sent to assist you.

How much does it cost to invite Paul Tripp to speak at your church or organization?
Speaking fees and expenses vary depending on the type of event, amount of travel required, length of the time away, plus other factors. Steve Sarkisian, Vice President of Paul Tripp Ministries would be happy to discuss what would be involved for Paul to speak at your church or organization.

The best way to start the process would be to click this link - Event Request Form. This form gives him preliminary information to better understand the type of event you are interested in. As soon as he receives it, Steve would contact you to discuss it and answer all your questions. 

Note - If you are considering Paul Tripp speaking at your church or organization, we recommend planning the event well in advance; however, please don't hesitate to request an event, consulting, or preaching on short notice (even though our calendar looks filled) - we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please review the list of dates showing the open dates through 2013. If you would like to schedule Paul to speak on different dates other than what is shown below just show the dates desired on the Event Request Form.

Weekend Conferences Schedule
A typical conference would be Friday evening from 7:00 PM to 9:15 PM and Saturday morning from
9:00 AM to 12:15 PM (approximately 5 -  50 minute sessions - 2 on Friday evening 7PM to 9:15PM with a break at 8PM and 3 on Saturday morning 9AM to Noon with breaks at 10AM and 11AM.).  Paul's travel expenses and hotel are in addition to the conference speaking fee.

Based upon the needs of your church or organization, we would be happy to discuss customizing an event to fit your
church or organization.

Overview of Conference Host Responsibilities

 

  • Once a request has been made and a date decided upon, Paul Tripp Ministries will send you a contract to sign. At this time, a non-refundable deposit is also required in order to secure the conference date.
  • As you request a conference date, we encourage you to begin planning 3 months or more before the actual conference. Doing this will enable you to plan and promote the conference well.
  • As soon as the date is agreed, we encourage you to establish a committee to assure that all areas of the conference are handled with excellence (promotion, registration, refreshments, facility setup, etc.).
  • As host you will arrange for a facility where the conference may be held. (You are responsible for any rental fee for the facility). The facility must be equipped with high quality sound system, PowerPoint capabilities, refreshments, etc.
  • The host will promote the event within their own ministry, and we encourage you to reach out to others in your community. Paul Tripp Ministries would supply you with photos of Paul Tripp and his bio along with some ideas for promotion. If you choose one of the topics found at this link - Event Topics, the topic descriptions are helpful in coming up with brochure, website, and poster wording. For many of the topics we have the wording Watch Preview Video  next to the topic on the Event Topics  page. These videos can be downloaded to your computer and shown at your various meetings and on your website to promote the event. The link to the video promo can also be emailed to anyone you want to contact to invite to the event.  Also the comments made from people who have attended a Paul Tripp Ministries event are helpful in promotion.
  • Conferences are an excellent way for you to partner with other churches and ministries in your area.
  • The host is responsible to pay the conference speaking fee as well as travel and meal expenses for Paul Tripp (Paul Tripp Ministries will make all hotel and travel arrangements).
  • Audio or video recording Paul Tripp at a speaking event is prohibited due to copyright restrictions.
