ORDERING & FREE SHIPPING

Paul Tripp Ministries does not charge shipping on any orders to be sent within the continental United States when the total order is $25.00 or over. For orders that total under $25.00 there is a flat fee shipping & handling charge of $4.98. All US orders are sent out by First Class Mail or UPS. International orders and orders outside the continental United States are sent by USPS.

Please don't use a PO Box for your shipping address since UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. 

SHIPPING TIME

Normally, all our items are in stock. Items are shipped within 48 to 72 hours from date ordered (unless ordered on a Saturday or Sunday – then the order would ship on Tuesday). You will normally receive ordered items within 7 to 10 days. Your options for overnight or 2 day UPS shipping (or shipping outside the United States) are not available online. You would need to call us at (800) 551-6595 or (215) 338-4000 or email info@paultrippministries.org to work up a shipping estimate for you for expedited shipping.

Quantity discounts are offered upon adding items to your cart.  Quantity discounts start at 10 or more of the same item for books and at 5 or more items for DVDs or CDs. INTERNATIONAL AND ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Our website is not set up to accept orders outside of the United States. Orders can be placed by telephone. These orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please call or email Customer Service for shipping cost at: (215) 338-4000 or info@paultrippministries.org.

RETURN POLICY

Our aim is that you will be satisfied with your Paul Tripp Ministries Bookstore purchase. If at any time you receive product from us that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at 800-551-6595 for replacement. If you are located outside of the United States call 215-338-4000. Please do not make any returns without contacting us first.

If you decide that you simply do not want an item that you purchased, we regret that we cannot issue refunds if you purchased the item on our website and we shipped you the item with free shipping. If we charged you for shipping you may return it within 30 days of purchase if it is in "good as new," resellable condition. For DVDs and CDs the clear plastic wrapping must not have been broken, cut or removed. You must contact us first to receive a return authorization. Cost of shipping (both from us to you and your return shipping to us) cannot be refunded.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is safe with Paul Tripp Ministries. All customer information--name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and credit card information--is fully protected. Paul Tripp Ministries will not sell or share your name, email address or physical address. The information you provide is used to process your order, and it is not available for any other use, unless you have requested for us to use this information for your assistance.

Paul Tripp Ministries currently sends out a monthly email newsletter informing you of the newest products we have received , as well as articles written by Paul Tripp and info on upcoming speaking events and other items we believe may be of interest to you. When you provide an email address while placing an order or creating a customer account, you are automatically subscribed to this newsletter. On very rare occasions we may send you an email informing you of significant changes to our site or policies. If you do not want to receive email or other mail from us, please let us know by emailing us at info@paultrippministries.org. An unsubscribe link also appears at the bottom of each newsletter.
